A little more about me...

I have been blessed to get to live and work in some of the most beautiful places in the world. I am currently located in Sebastopol, California, seeing clients both in-person and virtually. I first entered the world of alternative health as a massage therapist in 2011 after training at the Texas School of Massage in Houston, TX. It was during my time at massage school that I first heard the call of the plants. For the last decade I have nurtured a deep and reciprocal connection to plant medicines and have witnessed their potential to assist us in reaching our highest selves. I recognize the vital force or inherent intelligence of the body, mind, and spirit to not only heal itself but flourish.
I decided to deepen my knowledge of the body, herbal medicine, and nutrition in the lineage of Vitalism by attending the The Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism.  
My massage practice is the kindling that fed my internal fire for knowledge and I am honored to be able to offer dynamic bodywork for those in the communities I travel to. 
I am an also apprentice of sacred plant medicines from the Peruvian Amazon within the Shipibo tradition and I deeply honor all of the wisdom my teachers have shared with me. It is this experience that allows me to provide integration coaching for psychedelic integration coaching for my clients.
